Q: What laws are you talking about? |
A: There are two sections of legislation that apply to the General Public. First, if you control more than 40% of the voting shares of the company, you are excluded and do not have to pay. Second, If you are related to the controlling shareholder, you are also excluded but the minister at his/her discretion may include you thus forcing you to pay premiums or entitling you to benefits. |
